Starting basic shape with putty, glued to plaplate scrap backing for ease of use Refining shape Applied to part and cleaned up Tools used: fine tip pen, .15 chisel, cement, Godhand Spinblades, Bob Smith Industries rubberized CA glue, brush, epoxy putty, Tamiya sanding sponges and paper of various grits w Madworks sanding boards Not pictured: basic hobby knife, Taytools CA glue accelerator

Ben Franklin once said “those that sacrifice essential liberty for safety deserve neither safety or liberty”. It’s a catchy little number. Then again, there are probably better sources of wisdom on “essential liberty” than a slave owner that’s been dead for over 3 centuries.
