Rewatching some old TV shows got me thinking; at which point did we shift to having 10 episodes per season and lost those per-episode side plots and villains we used to have?

Yet I keep contemplating whether it’s a good thing or not, being consumed by a single show for months. 👀

The process of setting up databases, implementing user authentication systems and getting your project hosted has become very straightforward and far less intimidating.
