I personally haven't gotten any but I would suggest reporting the account then deleting the comments. I've had to do that before with targeted hate and it worked to get the account suspended

I always love seeing what you draw! Im pretty staunchly of the camp that if you draw at all you are an artist. That doesn't have to mean anything big or grand, it just means you are someone who does art!! And you definitely do.
