Today, Christmas Eve, my daughter and I will be making
Klub, Norwegian Potato Dumplings. We have been doing this for as long as I remember.
They are not for dieters.
In the morning we will thinly slice the remaining baseball-sized dumplings and have them fried with butter. So very good.

Woke up this morning and heard the local news give Somalians and other immigrants advice on how to protect themselves from the Federal Government. This is the crazy place we live in now. We’re next in line for an Ice invasion.
