Im not lying. I helped in the arrest of an arsonist in 2022, he lit the vacant lot next to the one my home is on on fire in late July, during a particularly hot summer in Oregon. He did time. My GF ran for the extinguisher, me and a neighbor called 911 and identified the guy. He was also a rapist.
