Bergkamp's Left Foot

Just here to follow the Arsenal while the world collapses around us.
Not to scapegoat Martinelli either, but Bradley clearly shifts his body further onto the field which is often a time wasting tactic (which Martinelli has done before). It may have been inadvertent from Bradley, but that looked suspicious at the time. But, with context now, it doesn't look good.

100%. Let's tone down any "anger" over any individuals when the team is 6 clear after this busy period. Have perspective. Gyok has qualities, but they may or may not be compatible with our style or level. While we are 6 up, I appreciate Mikel backing him amd giving him opportunities to come good.

Hey @tim-stillman.bsky.social. thanks to you and Jamie for putting these out. I look forward to them. Constructive criticism of pod format. In Q&A, you always answer your Q's to Jamie but rarely give her chance to answer her Q's to you. Suggest Q's leed to back and forth each time. Thanks again!

I literally j just saw that post...

And what a beautiful spot to pick today. You deserve some well earned Vitamin D.

Happy New Year and thanks for all you do.

I'm baffled by your level of productivity. Is this your pleasure reading? Are you a "Lost" fanatic and binge it repeatedly? What does a Ryan Packer do when he's not holding civic institutions accountable for the built environment we live in? (Rhetorical questions... no need to reply)

Love the idea (see ski train from Denver to Winter Park), but the trains have also been affected by the floods.

I'm growing very weary of Renee's "block" world view. Bc of that, I think she's failed to plan for the season properly and use/manage players properly. I'm still with her, but I'm hoping she has a lot of personal growth this season if we continue with her next season.
November 16, 2025 at 7:36 PM
Did we expect too much of Renee this season. She came in last year and planned by "block" by necessity to triage terrible start. But don't you need a longer view/plan to manage a season and keep players bought in? I'm not calling on her to be fired, but she has a lot of growth to do as a manager.

Happily signed this petition, but Kelly Smith needs a petition of her own.

Agreed. I don't think it's an ideal situation for him either though. I suspect he had limited options.

The Euros were amazing and all, but looking further a field...What's our strategy for bringing over 17 or old Claudia Martinez from Paraguay. She's incredible. She's going to be insane and unstoppable in a couple years. What's a legitimate pathway for such a young female player from South America?

That's what I was thinking. Speeding to make a light on that blind crest/hill and then swerve. So unsafe.
July 6, 2025 at 6:17 AM
I'm totally with you, but the driver appears to have been driving up hill on 55th, not 35th. I wonder how many drivers are speeding up hill at this intersection...genuinely. Seems odd. And yes, 35th should have been done differently.

100% agree. At the same time, I dont think this happens if Arteta didn't stop playing him in matches at the end of the season.

This is what I've thought about Bronze for 3+ years.

Also, France are pretty badass.

At the same time, Argentina lost to Saudi Arabia in their first WC22 match. All that to say, tourneys are weird and no team can win every game.
