Well, when put it that way…

This is Zander. He's my oldest cat. He acts as the grandpa to the other cats. We lost his bonded brother a few years ago and he has isolated himself from me (not a cuddler) but at night he wraps his paws around my arm and purrs me to sleep.

Since I retired in 2007, I have devoted myself to quilting. I don't do art quilts or any of the fancy stuff. I work with a group of like-minded women who make quilts we can donate to those who need a little TLC in their lives. So far this year, we have donated over 100 quilts.

These two are my middle children. On the left is Umi and on the right is Sora, both boys. They are very smart and can open cabinets, chip bags, and clean out the pots and pans shelves. I think they were sharing a brain cell here.

Oh, and cats! I have four.. Pictures to follow at some time in the future.

I'm a 78 year old, straight woman who has spent my whole life pushing at boundaries. If you want something done, tell me I can't do it and I'll ask you to hold my beer. I have wall sized bookcases in every room of my house and most are stacked two layers deep. My interests are electic.
