Any ideas yet about what makes her immune? She doesn't seem to have anything in common with the others who are.

Still no actual evidence these boats were carrying what they claimed. Also, just blowing up the boats instead of interdicting them solves absolutely nothing.

From what I can find, that investigation began in 2015, so must have continued under Bill Barr. Why didn't they pull the plug then if it was fraudulent? What's he getting out of pardoning this guy now?

I've never understood how playing the lottery is any different from, say, playing the stock market. Yet capital gains are taxed at a much lower rate than lottery and other gambling winnings.
