I would like to posit the question, why did Noone come forward about Enron BEFORE so many people were robbed? Could it be because harm would come to that person who acted to protect the people? What really is the cost of doing business?

Hot pots are quick and easy. My choice would be to toss a piece of chicken in a pot with some veggies (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, etc.) and let it boil while I did something else. Return in about 15 minutes and its ready to go. Seasoning and sauces will be the star of the show, tho.
