That's right, yeah. TE is 10 and SP is 55 accounting for the special skill. Seems pretty good to me.

Beeline Burst is meh, Training Effectiveness 5 is also meh, but Friendship and Specialty 35 is pretty decent. Not a bad card by any means I think.
