I coined the neologisms "perspectome" and "perspectomics" in 2021 to help describe my personal practice which merges elements of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Jungian Active Imagination and nondual tantra.
"Cosmome" is mirrored in the ancient nondual teachings of Hinduism and Buddhism. Described in the works of Christopher Hareesh Wallis @tantrailluminated.bsky.social as the universe manifesting as pure awareness, and by Thich Nhat Hanh as "interbeing" and "non-self" @plumvillageapp.bsky.social.
