17 seems to be the “magic” number in Ptbo. Central corridor and two exits add so much overhead (unrentalable) space to the building that they have to go higher and higher. Building codes and fire rescue thinking drive much of it. Only big corps can build. And people don’t get nice places to live.

Locally I’ve heard this called ‘lion’s mane’. It has other names. Edible!

We were stop and go on the formerly tolled section of the 407 north of Toronto the other day. Ford also making toll blunders.
