at least in a narrative way, as a game it can be real fun, but it doesnt scratch the storytelling itch.

YEA combat is for cool, and!! not much else!! if its not cool then its yuck. but dice rolling can be fun sometimes so its not all bad.

just really dislike when i have to fish up rules and ability affects and this and that and ultimately the action is i hit them with my cool magic spell

yup!! i used to use tabletop as an outlet for that but ive found that it really isnt the best way. at least for the feelings and things i want to talk about and tell stories of.

i feel like game rules kind of just end up frustrating me more than being fun. not that i cant find it fun buuuut >>;

roleplay going to the convenience store in a hurry to get drinks cause your favorite show is coming on and your friend is over.
