This one’s a banger. Thick, rich, and jammy. Sweet, fruity, and slightly tart. Add the chocolate, and it becomes a raspberry truffle.

Hopped cider?? Not sure if that’s a new thing, but definitely new to me. And it does work! Very mild hoppiness cuts the sweetness just a bit, makes it less like juice, more like a very mild, slightly sweet and mellow beer. Really good.

But this one is an exception- 120 Minute IPA by #DogfishHead Brewery gets better the longer it ages.
