And that despite the fact that, though there are already better answers out there than Obamacare, and though Mr Trump has the smartest people in the world trying to devise a new system, he has yet to figure one out.

Yet Mr Trump is also proud of himself because he saved Obamacare when instead he could have killed it. That despite the fact that Obamacare is lousy and if McCain had killed it Mr Trump would have created better cheaper health care by now.
