La Gerla Birba 2016: Red berry nose. Bright red cherry and red currant palate. Gentle grainy tannins. Leather, tea leaf, and pleasing red earthiness. Perhaps should’ve waited a little longer even if it’s ready to drink now. #sangiovese #tuscany #wine #winetasting
