That's why I've moved abroad, I can live a better quality of retirement than if I was in the UK!
There I'd probably be living alone in a bedsit and unable to afford to go out.
Here I have a new house and a garden to keep me occupied.
I can manage on half my pension now!

The lifts in his shoes to support his ego cause him to lean forward thus making it awkward for him to walk down stairs! He occasionally uses pads under his toes to counter the lean!

The old banana flower produced 5 bunches before I cut the flower off (we had it for dinner).
The new flower has managed 7 bunches, then I cut that flower off too!

My last weigh in I was 114kg, my immediate target is to get back below 100kg and get my blood pressure down to a reasonable level. I'm currently at stage 2 🥺
