Tried patches and gave up for 7 months, went back when I thought I could have the odd one🤬
When the grand daughter waa born I went onto vape(normal cig type). Ater a couple months smelt strawberry and went on that till got down to 0mg, after a while I decided it was pointless and gave up. 11yrs ago
