Not just more important but incompatible with, evidently.

I think this means that, in the midterms, the Democrats could run a ham sandwich and still win.

Reminder #2: All of them were Republicans.

Are there consequences for the judge when they issue a search warrant based upon such a deficient affidavit.

He’ll figure it out right up until his livelihood makes it clear that not figuring it out is imperative - and we’re not talking about his official Senate salary.

Non-disclosure agreements are the tools of people behaving badly; an NDA is like a mask on an ICE agent’s face. Honest, decent public servants don’t need them.

“ however he’s never read it and he doesn’t give a shit what it says. Still, he believes it exists as a document”.
February 3, 2026 at 6:34 PM
Like the simpler “but”, the word “however” functionally means “forget everything I’ve just said and start listening now”.

Obviously, “etc” does VERY heavy lifting above. Trumped up charges have been central to Republican smear campaigns for my whole (long) life. But, in the 2nd Trump administration, these trumped up smears have all now been funneled into our justice system through formal prosecutions under Bondi.

“He helped “ … by lying about it during the campaign and inartfully applying orange makeup?? That’s about all he did during the Biden Presidency. A truly free press wouldn’t let such obvious bullshit pass unremarked.

More Trumped-up changes. The term gets more apt every day.

Are the warrants (like the one for Gabbard’s ballot seizure in Fulton County and Don Lemon’s arrest warrant for the protest in the ICE pastor’s church) public documents that are available for review by the public? What is actually known concerning these warrants?
January 30, 2026 at 6:58 PM
Diplomatic immunity, anyone?? Nothing says “Republican “ more than militant ignorance.

I feel safer when criminals are behind bars for their sentences and subsequently deported, not removed from prison by ICE and released somewhere else or just pardoned by the President if they give enough money to his campaign or crypto account.
