Rambling now but a lot to say after a quiet period, 2026 more active here I hope!

Bills still at 38-42% overall and yield now in the mid 3.6s for no more than 3mo out, thinking 2026 shows us what does AI really do for operations..

Equities related: portfolio has done well this year, $WBD position at 3% now helping.. few takeouts like $HBI and $AL also helping.. recap and holdings performance to be posted in a few days (time permitting!)

From my point of view, a lot of suffering, help those around you, neighbors in need, be a good person.

Expect a very large reversal of these q4 gains across the complex (plat, pd) midterms year, Fed could get less politically influenced, we peel back the onion and see what prices really are doing..

When I was starting to dabble in nat gas/oil futures trading, unlike then commodities are purely geopolitical, some dollar weakness. Not going back to gold standard anytime soon but the hoarding demand is bleeding across Asia..

There were probably ~15 ppl in front of me Monday afternoon and another ~10 piled in within few mins, definitely busiest I’ve ever seen a $DLTR got those nice ceramic soup bowls can’t beat it! (Unfortunately only 1/2 self check working and 1/3 person on register)

They paid a hefty div for a while and cut it, seemed to get things under control after that, always in favor of the div cut when its something like 7 or 8%

I remember probably 20 years ago standard size bar was as low as .33 at $WMT then moved to .48 now its $1.30 not sure how much higher they can go but their generic brand is actually priced higher per lb in bulk size (Symphony is really good)
