Yet in the newest movies, somehow the upgraded B-wings were instead made more like B-17s acting out Memphis Belle. Just one of many reasons why they were terrible

I don't disagree. There are certain pots of money and philanthropic funds that are designed to specifically help with projects such as this, and that can't be used for anything else. So it isn't a binary choice, or one museum succeeding at the expense of another

Longer term I think Crimea remains the major issue, more than Donbass. It holds symbolic value for both sides, but despite being clear that there can be no territory loss Ukraine lacks the capability to take it back militarily. Will accepting Crimea's loss become the real barometer of peace in Kyiv?
