I'm a woke person who knows why blackface is wrong, but sometimes I have my doubts about other "woke" people. Many just learned it's offensive without thinking why.
There are other forms of false representation that are far more insidious & damaging precisely because we find them less offensive.

To websites like Smithsonianmag.org. I'm often willing to turn off my ad blocker to support you, but I'm not turning off Privacy Badger, that only blocks ads that DON'T RESPECT MY "DO NOT TRACK" SETTINGS. If you want to show me ads, be better.
