You didn't read the article. She was trying to keep the full court from posting an open-ended stay. It was going to be ruled on, one way or the other. Her way would potentially get $$ out to ppl more quickly than the full court would have.

The blatant corruption should be grounds for removal, not to mention the unbelievable denials and lies about the pardon.
