Trump got nothing out of his threats to put tariffs on Mexico and Canada that those countries weren't already doing. It's the political equivalent of Arturas Karnisovas having to trade for his own first round draft pick last night.

This is normally for a country to invest their budget surpluses. Since we don’t have one, and won’t have one anytime soon, unclear whose money is going into this and where it will be going. We are going to borrow more money to invest it?
