Since 1980, there have been over 400 weather disasters in the US, with total damages over $1 billion.

These disasters have cost $2.9 trillion in total and killed nearly 17,000 people.

Don't tell me we "can't afford" to address the climate crisis.

The truth is we can’t afford not to.

He stood there on Jan 20 and falsely mouthed the words to protect and defend our Constitution.

Asked now on Meet the Press if he thinks he needs to uphold the Constitution, he says, “I don’t know.”

Translation: No.

Woe to America and the utter failure of putting this man back in our Oval Office.

Best post of the day.
Trump got nothing out of his threats to put tariffs on Mexico and Canada that those countries weren't already doing. It's the political equivalent of Arturas Karnisovas having to trade for his own first round draft pick last night.

This is normally for a country to invest their budget surpluses. Since we don’t have one, and won’t have one anytime soon, unclear whose money is going into this and where it will be going. We are going to borrow more money to invest it?

Trump defends his decision to pardon January 6 rioters
Trump said those prosecuted for the attack on the U.S. Capitol had served long enough, and he sought to shift criticism to a set of preemptive pardons issued by former President Joe Biden.

After the election I feel like I have been transported to a alternative universe where everything I was taught that was good is now bad , and everything i thought was right is now wrong. The arc of the universe that I believe was bending towards love is now bending to hate.I hope I am proved wrong.
