Exactly, employers can deduct 100% of the premiums they pay on behalf of employees.
Why can’t regular people do that for themselves when they buy their own insurance?

From India and Pakistan’s perspective, a tariff just dries up US demand for their exports. After a certain percentage, it doesn’t matter what the percentage is.
