Not sure I fully agree with this part. JKR is one of the most consistently attacked (by the left) people on the internet. Yeah, we've failed to cancel her, but people definitely haven't stopped trying

There could be a non-internet device that's interfering. My brother used to lose WiFi whenever anyone used the microwave, for example. Wireless tech is kinda inherently unreliable, which is why I use wired connections whenever possible.

No, my assumption was that you're capable of empathizing with the people you're insisting need to be complicit in their own oppression. My assumption was that you're mature enough to recognize when you're asking something of others that you would never accept for yourself. Was I wrong?

It's a "if you're going to post wrongheaded things I'm going to push back" thing, which you know me well enough to know I'm never going to stop doing. You're a good man, and you could be even better if you weren't so obstinate about refusing to recognize the reality here.

You're not listening. We don't have them. We never have and never will, and it's got nothing to do with us. They're the ratchet that keeps the Overton Window moving to the right. Scolding those who are rightfully angry at having their right to exist constantly negotiated away is a very bad look.
