this appears to have been the issue—not related the domain, somehow i didn’t notice this had moved to oauth so now you can use your actual password (on ATproto projects that support it) since the credential sharing happens on the Bluesky sode bsky.app/profile/taur...
oh if this is the oauth flow, I dont think you can/should be using app passwords.
