Pretty sure this is the latest this maple tree has had its leaves with this kind of color since I have been living here but I’m just glad home all weekend to see the fire in the trees before the leaves fall

World Cup things are starting to happen in KC! I saw another one last week but couldn’t get a picture but this one is new and definitely there on Tuesday when I flew out

The skies of Texas keep putting on a show, although with some lightning so might not make it home tonight but did a nice rainbow view out of my window before departing

It’s really hard to get to Waco, Texas so a beer in hand is always refreshing after checking in, maybe I’ll jump in the shower soon to get the road off of me (and have another of course)

So after reading this and getting assigned to work in Waco this weekend, I had to make a stop so I flew into Austin today and this place is great! Loved the food and the vibes of the eating area

Final Four picture is just across the tv room so maybe 12 ft and the other pic helps show size and throw outside in a random setting, it does really well at night and I love that it can connect to wifi and be self contained when close to home/wifi but still has an hdmi if needed

I have this XGimi Halo that I like a lot, it throws very far at night and does well at dusk. It can change its angle when projecting so it’s flat and looks straight even if it’s not straight and has Android store on it so just download the app and you can stream directly on it

Well finally got to see the table I finished make it’s debut last night for a friends wedding, also fun to see a project on display and being enjoyed and get broken in by friends

So first 2 pictures is from the chuck roast I made today and the last is from the last time I made a chuck roast, so easy to let it do its thing and either made either Italian beef with it or some nice shredded tacos. Plus this roast was from a butcher and was cheaper than Price Chopper

Upper Cut is the best, the burger and brat flavors are amazing. They might be winding down some of the flavors since summer is over but I haven’t had a bad thing from them.
As for this weekend, going to end up with Italian beef for lunch, I’ve done it a handful of times with good success this year

Upper Cut is the best, the burger and brat flavors are amazing. They might be winding down some of the flavors since summer is over but I haven’t had a bad thing from them.

Haven’t done a proper #SundayFunday all season but getting to do one this weekend so went to the butcher shop and a chuck roast at a butcher shop for 4lb was cheaper than a 3lb one at a grocery store. Just wild that the better and bigger piece is cheaper but here we are I guess
