The #TikTok saga is interesting. On the one hand, banning TikTok seems arbitrary and pointless. On the other, it is almost certainly a vehicle for China in the data gathering Cold War we find ourselves in. China has banned most western social media apps, and I assume that is one of the reasons.

This past week, out of the blue I’ve received two refund checks from medical insurance companies letting me know they overcharged me for services. I wonder what has inspired this new found honesty 😂 #freeluigi

If you haven’t had a chance, check out the new Cillian Murphy film - Small Things Like These. It’s based on the book of the same name by Claire Keegan. It’s a story about the Mother & Baby Homes/Magdalene Laundries the Catholic Church operated in Ireland up until the mid 1990s.
