In that case don’t call it “sharing” a link. When you “share” something you don’t then ask the recipient to pay for it. Call it “advertising” the article.

Going further, a future web might be totally opaque to humans, moving at a speed and in a language we can't comprehend. Or there will a split - the "MeatWeb" for humans and the "AI web" for bots.

It would just be ads designs to attract AI bots, not humans. So they find my bowling alley before your bowling alley. Or maybe there is no bowling alley, but they don't know that, so they deliver my ad for life insurance to their human in the morning, instead of a bowling alley suggestion.
