I just harvested the next section. This came from a piece about half the size of my thumb. I wonder whether it would do ok in your climate.

This is my favourite, a gift from my daughters and I like the lid that keeps the tea hot on a cold day.
I also love a good breakfast cup, a large tea cup. This vintage one is part of our regular user set but I also have an Old Country Roses breakfast cup which is really fine and nice to drink from
