I’m super excited that Ismar, a postbac in my lab, will be giving a lightning talk at ASBMB.

He’ll present work where he used computational approaches like AlphaFold, BioEmu, and MD to better understand the SNARE complex involved in AMPA receptor delivery during LTP.
