As much as I really want to give credit to the ordinary folks standing up to ICE over in the US, I do get nauseated by the liberal left's self-congratulatory pacifism. "They go low, we go high". Guys, they're going to start shooting you in a methodical way soon, they've been testing the waters

Something that I haven't seen being said enough about Adelaide Writers Week is that in withdrawing en masse/resigning, those involved have conducted arguably one of the most successful strikes/boycots in the arts since... maybe the last big writers strike?
