She did win the substantive bits, but lost on some side issues.

More importantly, the judge fucked up in technicolour in the judgment. The list of mistakes is growing. Some are minor. Many are not. The appeal was inevitable

I don't look at this platform very often because it's so often an echo chamber of insults and distortion.

Your response sorta confirms my view.

Don't try to attribute beliefs and motivations to my perfectly reasonable desire for men to be able to enjoy single-sex spaces

How was that violence, but Sarah Jane Baker's speech at Trans Pride calling for women to be punched in the face just for the lolz?

Baker has a history of violence and was out on licence. Linehan's only contact with the police has been for tweets.

Why should people self-exclude when there is a mixed pond?
What problem do transgender people have with using a mixed pond?

The terms are used interchangeably.

There are three ponds, why can't we have a men's, women's and mixed.
I don't want women swimming in the men's pond

Why are you confusing trans and intersex?
Trans have a gender identity which doesn't align with their sex, but normal sexual development.

People with disorders of sexual development have genetic or chromosomal changes which has nothing to do with gender identity

Where is your evidence that kids are killing themselves?
Violence and misinformation won't help your cause.

ROFLMAO.
If Fife NHS had any evidence for the allegation, they would have used it.
July 22, 2025 at 4:44 AM
Yes, the Employment Tribunal was told this, but the allegation was dismissed by NHS Fife's own investigation
July 21, 2025 at 7:36 AM
That allegation was dismissed by the NHS Fife inquiry.
July 17, 2025 at 7:14 AM
If that's the case, then why did NHS Fife decide there were no credible allegations?

That's maybe worth a mention in any story on Iran's current regime

I am definitely not defending Netanyahu and his government, but don't think a country that holds open elections can be described as a rogue nuclear state.

What line has to be crossed to become rogue? Would your definition include India?

Excellent news. Wonder if BBC should do the same for international users too?

FFS. Stop misrepresenting what I am saying.
I have repeatedly said that dismissing the fact that there is/has been a problem with Pakistani grooming gangs is boosting support for Farage.
