The refs were clearly effected by the crowd reaction to the no call on Benford which directly lead to the PI call on Sutton, which was in direct conflict with the way the called the game to that point (think Cooks in the endzone in the 4th QTR).
It wasn't a conspiracy, but it was bullshit.

I wouldn’t say it’s obvious, but Maye was leading in the advance stats like epa per play before this week.
I won’t say the advanced stats are everything, but they do matter and it seemed like a really tough choice before this week.
