This "maniac" happens to be my so-called representative. I've had a lot of different reps in my 71 years of life, but never has there been a worse one. His responses to my emails have been astoundingly nasty and insulting. After watching this video, I'm sure you can imagine them. Disgusting!

That seems vindictive to me! Can't imagine that your 15 minutes threw off their whole schedule. I know from experience that the time before the procedure is spent just sitting there waiting. Don't accept that answer. Were you informed beforehand that your procedure would be cancelled if late?

This needs to be stopped right now in the testing mode. Never in the history of trade/sales has one party in the transaction been completely left out of negotiations. To make matters worse, it will hurt those who must rely on pickup/delivery and are the least likely to afford such price gouging.
