The US was already backing out, they just wanted a mineral deal too. They are making Europe do the warring with Russia while they gear their war machine up for attacking Iran and China.

Keep in mind, they are an empire in decline and see the Americas as their zone of control. As they lose control over the global south, they will want to exert more control of resources nearby like Canada's.

Oh my God. All of this was agreed to in December except the silly Fentanyl Czar thing. Canada and Mexico knew what BS bullying tactics this was.

Almost like trade wars with 3 of the most important trade partners of the US was a terrible idea and we just gave some random "concessions" so we can stop talking to the cheeto.

I spend a lot of time out at Long Lake. Most dogs are A) Loveable floofs wanting a pat B) so excited by running around in nature that they care not about another human, and unfortunately C) absolutely untrained barking, snapping dogs with no recall from their humans. The owners of C) infuriate me.
