Yeah! So in this world, the Major Arcana are the head like, Directors, I suppose, of The People's Bureau Of Magic. The Tarot Cards are like, just titles, they all have actual names and stuff, and can change around via election. Some Major Arcana have stayed in their positions for Ages, like Death
