Three seasonal shelters will be open every night from November 24, 2025, to mid-March 2026. An additional shelter in Concrete, located at the East County Resource Center, operated by Community Action of Skagit County, will be activated temporarily during severe weather events.

Overnight shelter offered by Skagit County Public Health, in partnership with cities, Welcome Home Skagit, Family Promise of Skagit Valley, Friendship House-First Step Shelter, Community Action of Skagit County, Faith Community Fellowship Church, and Salem Lutheran Church.
