Only on TLCL, it was the only operator storing the balance on the SIM card. TMN and Optimus saved the balance on the network (you had to do the USSD code on these). IIRC, dial the number and then hit 0 CLR # and hold NO until the phone turned off (but the call kept going). Good times! :D

Mine is still on a drawer somewhere, along with many covers. It was a great phone. I may have used it with the 0 CLR # trick to save some money on TLCL... 😈
