I like the cover. It is subtle and intriguing. No gaudy imagery. It makes a statement: “This story stands on its own merit.”

If the style were adopted for a series of books it would make a good impression on someone’s bookcase. Perhaps a small version of the main front cover image on the spine.

Congratulations. 21? This means you can now drink alcohol. Pop a bottle of fizz to mark the occasion.
