In upstate New York there is a popular/famous dish called a “Garbage Plate”. There are at least a dozen knockoff versions in town and this is one of them. RagingMantis and I had to get one before moving out of state.

Road Trip: We made it to Atlanta! We decided to visit Michelin Guide recognized Okiboru. I had the spicy tonkatsu ramen and RagingMantis had the paitan tsukemen. Delicious, and the place was very casual.

Road Trip: Although it might not be recognized by Guinness, this “World’s Largest” bobblehead was huge. I guess it has been moved over the years, but we found it in Bellville, Ohio.

Road Trip: A road trip through Ohio would not be complete without a visit to Grandpa’s Cheesebarn. Each time I visit, I get to see how they continue to grow.

Road trip: We stopped by Banter in Cleveland for a Polish Boy sandwich and some Pigs Fly poutine. The Polish Boy made Food Network’s list of Best Sandwiches in America.
