Haha indeed. I've been attending the meetups and the amount of bullshit I've heard as a neutral bystander in those situations is wild. Sone professionals seems to think insomnia can be cured by willpower alone.

My partner was told to both go to sleep and wake up earlier in a similar situation by a doctor.

Lmao yeah. I had even adjusted the dark mode ui to darker and felt like the default grey was like a flashbang to my retinas

Switching to default CSP UI overlay after reinstall felt like having no clothes haha.
Learned to backup my UI settings after that too.
