I know what you mean and I agree. I’m not even one of those “gaming is dead” ppl. 2023-2025 has been great for single player and coop, I’ve been eating well. Just decrying the absolute waste of effort and talent on “the next mp blockbuster” from incredible narrative teams because of ownership.

I’m sorry but I’m just not willing to. It does look interesting but knowing it’s another hero shooter just makes me desconsider it entirely. All major studios are creating multiplayer clones where only Fortnite like numbers are considered success and anything less means the developers are fired.
