I absolutely second this.

This is as much my reason as anything else.
I'm worried they'll see something, and will be detained, because im vehemently anti-Trump, and I'll end up being deported to God knows where.
Nope, I'll stay up here thanks.

Its become a favourite of a list of names I'm working off of.

Mango Mussolini?
Tangerine Tyrant?
Count of Mostly Crisco?

But, I keep finding myself with this, or the Tangerine Toddler.

I died watched. I'm honestly so proud of him, and I'm glad a majority (not a Parliamentary majority, but in the popular vote) voted for him.
Hes the right man for the moment.
May 7, 2025 at 5:17 PM
Hes a very smart man, and I think he secretly knows how to play the game.
He won't tell others that he can, but us Canadians, we know.
The little comments here and there, that go over the heads of the Fanta Führer and his cronies, just priceless.

They really did!
You know he was thinking what we were thinking.
And he was able to keep his inside voice inside.

He is truly the strongest of us.

I would have absolutely bust a gut laughing at some of the shit that came out of trumps mouth.

I honestly don't hate anyone.
What I lack is understanding, and I fully admit that. I'll ON, so I'm used to the ON/QC animosity. But now I'm seeing more and more anger from the West, and whenever it's described, its described enraged.
I just want to gain some knowledge in a peaceful discussion

This absolutely made my evening!

I legit LOVE that Elizabeth May won her riding.
She campaigned, waved signs while other leaders were settling in for results.

She campaigned to the very last.

And I've always admired her, and would vote for her if I lived in her riding.

Many thanks to your family, and children, for loaning you out to Canada.
You've done so much good, and united SO many for the common good.

But the time has come to return you.

As the daughter of someone who traveled for work, who we saw once in a while, I know where Lola is coming from.

Congratulations Mark!
🗳 one vote from me, and one from my partner into the box. So glad to have you returning to Ottawa to represent Kingston and the Islands.

Im legit not trying to stir anything up, I just want to understand, because I really don't. And it might very well be my own ignorance, but I really did try to research the platforms put out by both parties.

We can be patient 🧡
We'll let him do his good!

Same! Municipal (we always watched city council - or the circus as they lovingly called it) provincial and federal elections. My parents instilled the idea of the democratic process in me.
Along with 'If you don't vote, you can't bitch'. (Which I'm semi-fighting someone on Reddit about)

Before all *this* chaos happened, I wasn't familiar with any MP's outside of my own riding.
And I've become very fond of Charlie.
And I can't wait to go to his rally when he comes to town ❤️

Every leader has their time. And no matter how much we want to change it, if its not their time, its not their time.

But it Will come!
April 28, 2025 at 8:37 PM
When Singh ran for the leadership -- Charlie came in 2nd place!
I think he's reached a point where he's OK being semi-retired, running his Resistance tour, and getting out there more with his band.
April 28, 2025 at 8:35 PM
My first voteable election, I voted for Jack. And it was when he became the Leader of the Opposition.
I wish he wasn't taken from us when he was. And that we could have continued to vote for him!
April 28, 2025 at 8:34 PM
Yea, I can see that too. I'm not in MB, just an outsider looking in.
He's also one of the most prominent NDP-ers out there now.
More so now that Charlie Angus is done and cleaned out his office and isn't running again.
April 28, 2025 at 8:30 PM
He'd be wonderful, if Manitoba would give him up.
April 28, 2025 at 8:13 PM
I approve of this prediction.
PP can leave in disgrace. I hope he looses his seat in a landslide.

Jagmeet Singh, he did the party well, but his time had passed. It's time to revitalize the NDP. They need a charismatic leader like Jack Layton again.
