Had a really positive experience at the doctors today. For the first time in my life I felt heard. I have 11 tests ordered to find the root cause of something I've been asking about for 12 yrs instead of being told it's stress and sent away with a band aid prescription.

Had a terrible and deflating experience at the doctor's today.
The eye rolling, sighing, staring at me blankly like a robot and not answering half my questions is even worse than the last time I went 9 years ago that led me to avoiding them like the plague in the first place. 🙃

I've been struggling with my energy levels for the last month or so.
So yesterday I spent time updating my Notion morning/night routine after researching some ideas to help.
I've managed to do all of it and I feel 100x better. Hopefully it sticks 😌
