Could Resolve import Fusion *.comp files directly into its timeline? You could use scripting to generate/manipulate the *.comp files, as these are all ASCII. I've used Fusion a lot (in a previous life) and currently use Resolve Pro but have not had to do comp/title work to the extent of HR.

You could probably write a python script to manipulate strings because nodes in Fusion can be pasted in from the clipboard as ASCII text. Probably a straight forward search/replace of strings, or something more clever.
