As the Browns try to finagle significant public money for a new stadium in Brook Park, they still need to find a way around the Art Modell Law -- which they are attacking in court as unconstitutional.

Unfortunately, local media in Cleveland, and one beat reporter in particular, is telling Clevelanders it’s a done deal, so don’t bother putting up a fight. These billionaires are billionaires for a reason. And it ain’t cuz they’re geniuses. They just know how to bleed the taxpayers.
