I wasn't looking for traffic jams, but there were often protests that blocked the main streets. And then, the world cup was shown on giant TVs on closed main arteries.

I lived there some 25 years ago, and also the subway system was impressively large.
On the other hand, the streets had no signs naming them; and the houses had no numbers! At least in Jongno-gu.

I thought so. Before they extended the bar top. Old Karl used to drink in the spot beside the bar. He would say "right on buddy!" all day long.
