By the way, in Jalisco we have a fruit pretty similar to the "Dragon's fruit", it's called "pitaya" and it comes in 4 colors.
We even have an event called "Festival de la pitaya" in a town 1 hour away from where I live, you can buy a lot of other products made of pitaya, like bread and icecream
